Children's Yoga is a fun and engaging way to introduce children to yoga and meditation. 

​

The activities differ depending on the age of the children in the class however they all involve connecting with each other, exploration of yoga poses, lots of fun and a calming breathing exercise or quiet time. 

​

There are many benefits of Yoga for children, including:

  • Improved strength and flexibility

  • Improved co-ordination and balance

  • Increased self-esteem and confidence

  • Develops concentration skills

  • Reduces stress and improves emotional resilience

  • Improved awareness of breathing

  • Teaches co-operation and sense of community

  • Increases sensory and body awareness
