About the event
Little Forest Feet is collaborating with Join the Dots to run parent toddler Forest School sessions in our beautiful woodland in Weston, Hertfordshire.
The dates for the first block of six sessions are:
Monday 21st, 28th January
Monday 4th and 11th February.
The sessions will last for 2 hours and are run by two qualified Forest School Level 3 practitioners. The children are free to explore the space and we encourage them to lead their own learning. There will be areas set up for them to engage in natural messy/sensory play, cosy book areas, plenty of things to climb and places to play. Every session will have a different theme or nature activity that we will explore linked to the children's individual needs and interests. Practitioners will discuss different themes of Forest School learning each week with parents, from risky play to supporting independence and problem solving to using open…
