Family Forest School Fun

Little Forest Feet is collaborating with Join the Dots to run parent toddler Forest School sessions in our beautiful woodland in Weston, Hertfordshire.

The sessions will last for 2 hours and are run by two qualified Forest School Level 3 practitioners. The children are free to explore the space and we encourage them to lead their own learning. There will be areas set up for them to engage in natural messy/sensory play, cosy book areas, plenty of things to climb and places to play. Every session will have a different theme or nature activity that we will explore.

Forest School benefits children (who attend regularly) in so many ways; greater independence, imagination, improved social and communication skills, physical development, risk management, understanding of the world, the ability to nurture, resilience, confidence and also their physical and mental health.
